This policy applies to the TwoThink PDF website operated by 双思睿（天津）科技有限公司 (Shuangsirui (Tianjin) Technology Co., Ltd.) ("we", "us").

The tools on TwoThink PDF run inside your browser. The PDF and image files you select are not uploaded to our servers; both processing and downloading happen locally.

About PDF decryption: The decryption feature only works on PDFs for which you already know the password — this site does not offer password cracking or bypass. The password you type is used for local decryption only; it is never sent or stored.

The first time you use the encryption or decryption feature, the qpdf WASM module (about 2MB) is loaded from this site and cached by your browser. It runs locally and does not upload your files.

We may use anonymous traffic analytics tools, such as Baidu Analytics, to understand how our pages are visited. These tools never read the contents of your files.
